I love sushi. A lot of people are turned off by the name alone; but it is one of my favorite foods. The Japanese put so much effort into their food, it's too beautiful to eat; too bad we had to drop the atom bomb on them.
Culinary arts, cooking is one of my passions. It's great to occupy yourself while your drinking.
